Expert, 1:1 hands-on treatment will be included to decrease pain and improve athletic performance, mobility, and recovery. Treatment may or may not include but not limited to: scraping, cupping, deep tissue, active release, stretching, dry needling, movement correction, exercise/mobility prescription, etc. Choose this option if this is the first time I will be seeing you or if you have a new injury/issue/complaint
